Cancellation Policy

We understand that life gets busy, and we do our best to keep things flexible, fair, and affordable for everyone.

To ensure all members have a fair chance at booking into popular class times, please keep the following in mind:

 

Free Cancellations

You can cancel your class at no cost up to 4 hours before your scheduled start time. Just jump into your account and cancel online—quick and easy!

Our Casual and Consistent Plan's don't incur any termination fees, so you can cancel anytime free of charge.

​

Late Cancellations

If you cancel within 4 hours of your class starting, a $5 late cancellation fee applies. This helps us cover the cost of holding a spot that others may have wanted. This is deliberately kept as cheap as possible! 

 

No Shows

If you don’t cancel and don’t attend, your class pass will be forfeited.

​

Unlimited Members

We love seeing you often, but to be fair to others:

• If you miss 3 classes in a row without cancelling, your booking access will be paused for one week.

This helps us manage attendance and make sure everyone gets a chance to jump on the reformer!

Membership Holds​

If you have signed up to a Plan, you are welcome to put it on hold for up to 10 weeks of the year and in up to 3 increments. This can be done through your account on the Serenity Booking App or reach out with an email and we can do it for you.
