Beginner Reformer

Starting out with reformer Pilates, or it's been a long time between workouts? Our full body beginner classes are the ideal start for you! Breaking down the exercises further, starting with simpler programming, these classes coupled with our intro videos will put you in a great position to progress confidently to level 1 or any of our shorter series programs. Even if you are a reformer regular, you will still get a great workout when doing this class!
Level 1 Reformer
45 min
This class incorporates Pilates fundamentals and is designed to instil a strong Pilates practice ideal for those that are starting out, however challenging enough for experienced clients who wish to refine their Pilates skills and concentrate on body alignment. A moderately paced class with the emphasis on the classic reformer for a full body workout that can be modified to suit everybody and every fitness level.
Level 2 Reformer

This class is designed for those wanting to be challenged and increase strength. A more challenging class than level 1, faster paced, stronger spring choices and more use of props such as dumbbells, ring and ball. Layering exercises to continue your great Pilates burn and building muscular endurance. Guaranteed to increase strength, balance, stability, and control in ways that will enhance your everyday life.
Yoga Hybrid
35-40 min
This beautiful class combines yoga flows with reformer movements. A class that will surely give you the best of both reformer Pilates and yoga, leaving you feeling refreshed and the body feeling free.

Athletic
45 min
Our athletic reformer class takes a contemporary feel and will strengthen and lengthen your entire body. This fast-paced class incorporates quick transitions and will introduce you to more advanced exercises and use of the apparatus such as dumbbells and jump board, ensuring a greater challenge and a cardio lift. This class is ideal for those wanting to be challenged athletically with a HIIT style and faster paced reformer class, designed to elevate your practice and extend you beyond your comfort zone for targeted results. Raise your heart rate and get the blood pumping.
Resistance Band w Reformer

These reformer workouts incorporate the booty bands (resistance bands) to further intensify your strength building as well as extra variety and fun in your weekly exercise regime!
HIIT Hybrid
30-40 min
In these high energy classes, our team will take you through a combination of mat and reformer exercises for the ultimate sweaty workout. These programs have been designed to shake up your routine and to shift your body into a new gear! Not designed for those with injuries or pre/post-natal.
